We have a love for cheese, cured meats, and entertaining with small bites. Our love of small bites is what lead us to open a deli and was the inspiration for our name.
A Morsel is a small piece of food and Nosh means to eat enthusiastically. Small bites are an excellent way to offer you and your guests an array of foods, flavors, and textures without having to expend a great deal of time preparing or cooking. Michael and Mark are bringing their passion for these local, regional, artisan, and imported products to the community and the city.
When we started, we knew nothing about starting a small business so we attended some small business development classes, went to cheese school in San Francisco, and dove headfirst into research.
Our educational journey has put us in orbit of fellow entrepreneurs producing local and regional artisan products that we are pleased to offer you.
